Good Morning, Everyone
Got an early start this morning.. so thought Id jot down a few thoughts.
As many of you know, we bought an RV, 1984 Chevy Cutaway, champion model. It needs work, but we decided to sell it, when we ran across another RV 1994 Damon Challenger, which is ready to go and didnt need work done on it first, before we could use it.. But the bank turned us down for a second mortgage, which I dont understand that, when I should have good,,,scratch that,,, GREAT credit, as no late fees or anything in nearly 10 yrs. 140k+ house, owe less than 95k, and only wanted 12-14k.. and they wouldnt give it to me,, dont know the reasoning yet, but I suspect, its because of Nana, even though I only was going to use myself.
Seems Nana has been bad, with her Kohls and Sam's club cards.. at least one of our employees has been.. guess Nana gave her a check and asked her to pay her bill for her, and she used the receipt on the bill, and ran up more stuff.. maxed the card out. at kohls,, and I seen the sams club card, and guess she did the same thing there.. and its maxed out,, and Im coming unglued about it.. I want them both paid off NOW.. and she dont want to tell her husband about it... and for some reason,, i feel Nana is holding something out on me about it.. How can one person, spend 1500 dollars at sams club, on groceries or whatever, in a couple 3 visits without Nana seeing what was going on??? Nana said she didnt look at the bill, just gave it to her to go pay, until I seen the bill... Im fucking pissed.
Started power spraying the deck yesterday... looking good, for no longer than I did it yesterday.. will take a few days anyways to get it done.. then let it dry out in the hot summer sun, fix a few boards, then get some stain and get that out of the way..
Having a problem with the new neighbors next to me and behind me,, and then off the lake neighbor (hubby of the employee who stole money on our charges) The off the lake neighbor, Paul, has a boat parked at the neighbor behind me, Jason's, dock.. and it interferes with me turning my boat around, to go out on the lake,,, my pontoon, is rudder controlled, not turn the motor and the boat turns,, and Jason, and my other neighbor, Dan, both have new 20 ft pontoons.. and there is just enough room for my 14 ft to get through.. but thats okay, I CAN get through,, its the off the lake neighbor, Paul's boat, that is fucking everything up.. he can park around the corner at his landlords (yeah, he is a renter) Jason tells me one thing, and I asked Paul when he was going to move it, and he doesnt think he has to.. well, now I have the Homeowners assoc involved, and theyre suppose to be here monday or tuesday to try and settle this... In my mind, theres nothing to settle,, move the fucking boat..
Im sitting here at 8am and letting this fucking shit upset me again,, well, it isnt just that,, its Paul and his wife that stole from us on the credit cards, that is pissing me the fuck off. I swear, Im going to take off soon, and be gone for about 10 days while shit gets settled down,, if not, someone is gonna get hurt,, and I dont fist fight anymore.. lol
I may get the RV tanked up, and just load me some grub onboard and hit the road to a campground for a couple weeks.
enough of this,,, Im sitting here getting upset over nothing, so will end this, cause Im going to stay upset writing about it.

Happy Birthday, Buddy..
Today is my brother's (Buddy) birthday. He died in November, of 1997 at the young age of 36. so he would have hit 50 today. Wow,, so hard to believe that.. especially when the memory of him is as a mop headed young man. Buddy had a hard life, made harder with the loss of his children, and health issues.. We love and Miss you, Buddy.
Well, I havent written for a while, dealing with my own health issues the last week or so.. about 4 days ago, I started running a fever late at night, getting up to 101.. fine during the day, and felt fine all the time, til yesterday, then felt pretty puny, and that is lingering today.. Dr appt in an hour, will see how that pans out.
Ive been anemic, and have had to do injections of iron, for two weeks, and in 6 weeks or so, go back for more bloodwork to see if that helped. if not, then theyll do a bone marrow biopsy, to determine why my bone marrow isnt producing iron/blood the way it is suppose to.. it all comes from the bleeding I had the first week of the year, when they had to give me 14 units of blood.. according to my bloodwork, I am malnourished.. at 240lbs, malnourished,. lol
Been going over and working on the RV off and on, trying to take care of a few things, but, now we have spotted another RV for sell,, a 1994 Damon Challenger, with 28,000 miles and is in pretty damn good shape, and everything works. soooo,, we shook hands on it, and I am now looking to get a loan for it. Hopefully, will hear from them soon on the loan application,, trying to do second mortgage on it with the equity in the house. figure that is the best option.. Gas prices these days, wont be helping with the going places in it, but should be able to go to a couple places a month, with a tank,, and a tank running about 120 a fillup. Near as I can figure..
And may have the other one sold already, the guy offered what I gave for it, but Ive put some into it, and will leave that stuff in.. Nana wanted her pillows and rugs back, but said shed leave the curtains,, lol,, taking all that back, and other than paying the taxes and plates on it, Im still gonna lose a couple hundred on the total.. but will be shed of that rv. but will have something we can trust and is ready to travel now, if we have the money to go.. which shouldnt be a problem neither.. if I get things straightened out here shortly.. which too, shouldnt be a problem..
Really excited about going camping soon,, which, to me doesnt matter if it is in RV or just tent camping, though Nana would be more comfortable in an RV.. me, I just want to get away from everything,, and if She doesnt want to go, I may just go on my own someplace close by for a few days.. take the computer, camera, and cell phone, and im good to go..
Nana is faring well, after her knee replacement.. its been two weeks now,, therapist is here now helping her with her exercises.. but she is walking with a cane now, and will for a couple weeks yet.. at least.. sees the dr tomorrow.. and see how she is doing with that.. they will want her to go to therapy (off home therapy) but she wont do that, like I wont,, we just feel like, its a waste.. My cardiac rehab, may have been good, at least it had me exercising. but theyre trying to get me to do things that I wont do when rehab is over, cept for the walking,, Im over running, lol,, and bicycling is okay, but I wont do it at the rate they want me to do it.. oh well,,
Well, the news is all about the killing of Osama bin Laden (when did they change it to Usama??_) good riddance.. now bring on the rest of em.. chicken shit bastards.. living the lives of Mohammed,,, lying, stealing, child molesting, etc.. whatever it takes to get over the infidels, I guess.. how could this develop into a religion? jeesh bombing them back into the stone age, is impossible, since they already live that life, and they want everyone else to be in the same shape as they are.. hope their 72 virgins are catholic Nuns waiting on them,, or maybe its mistranslated, and it should read 72 Virginians,, like George Washington, Robt E Lee, James Monroe, Thomas Jefferson, etc etc etc etc............................................

April 29, 2011 SURGERY DAY FOR NANA
Afternoon, everyone,,
well, today was the day for Nana's Knee replacement surgery,, and it is over now,, Im just waiting to go back into recovery room to see her,, its been an hour, and expect them soon.. Everything went fine, her knee is working fine, and doctor expects good results from the surgery..
Sorry I havent been here lately,, guess If I want anyone to read these damn things, I should post everyday.. I try, just so much going on, with trying to get the RV fixed up,, paying taxes, fixing other things around the house,, then of all things, I put too much too fast down the garbage disposal sunday, and flooded the kitchen and hallway,, hopefully, we got it up in time to keep from damaging the new floor
hmmm,, the new floor,, oh yeah,, it may be coming back up and being replaced again,, not from the water sunday, I didnt notice til the next day, that some of it has a different sheen to it,, like it came from a different lot or something,, just a discoloration,, so asked Lowes about it, and they contacted someone else about it,, then, Pergo, the manufacturer, sent an inspector out, and he seen right away that there was a problem,, I told him, if they were taking a pic for an advertisement,, it wouldnt have had that discoloration,, and he said, whatever they do, I will be happy with it,, and since the boards are all over the place (no set pattern to the discolorations) and they cant take out of the middle, it will all come back up, and redone with one color.. hopefully, we wont have that big of a problem with it,, this time,, though they will have to take up the trim and quarter rounds, and the transitions,, and replace them all too,, dont see how they can take it up and not them, but there may be a way
So, Nana is in Recovery, and Im still waiting for them to come get me to take me back to be with her,, she may wind up staying the night in recovery, as there are no rooms to move her to.. though, they did just take someone to a room they had gotten for them,, so guess there is hope for that,, lol
sheep breeding hit farmville/english farm a couple weeks ago,, and yep, im breeding the sheep,, and no matter how hard they make it, to get things to breed the sheep,, or to grow them up,, there are still people begging for the items,, sometimes I wonder, if they actually want a lamb, or just want one from ME.. there is one woman, that has requested from me several times,, I sent her one, then went to her farm, and she has a bunch of lambs that havent grown up,, I know she is a hoarder,, least for foals, but looks like she is continuing her hoarding with lambs,, will have to check that out later,,
well, guess I will close this out for today,, they should be here shortly to get me and take me back to see Nana,, I will probably be up here for several hours.. no sense going home to be alone (well, not counting the boys or amanda/chris)

well, today is my birthday.. 59 yrs old..
and looking back, its been an experience, that Im not sure I would repeat.. lol
I have done just everything there is to do, twice, except divorce and die, and not sure I would look forward to either of them
Born in Tennessee, on this date in 1952. and in a few months, family moved to Indianapolis, Indiana.. Where I have lived most of my life.. I went to Stephen Decatur Grade school, Decatur central jr high, then Decatur Central High School, graduating in 1970.
Through that summer, I managed to get fired from my job at Dobbs house at the airport, where after a summer of bumming around, joined the US Navy in September 23, 1970.
After Bootcamp, in San Diego California, I came hope to get married to my pregnant girlfriend, having to break up with another girl the night before.. lol.
Married at 18, on Dec. 24, 1970,, and sent to San Francisco for Radar School.
Wasnt much for schooling, after just graduating High School, so with my way of thinking, at that time, I quit the Radar School, and asked for shore duty in Vietnam, a PBR in Vietnam (fast river patrol boat, like in Apocalypse Now movie.. and as a machinery repairman, aboard a guided missile destroyer.. which, was what I got,, the USS DECATUR (ddg-31) and thrown down in the bilges of the ship, to be a boiler technician.. wasnt what I thought I was going to be doing, but after a couple months, figured out it wasnt going to change, so I made the best of it, learned what I could, and made E-4 in a few months.. at that time, they made me Oil King on the ship, which was a pretty big job, for a 19-20 yr old kid.. normally a job held by an e-6.. I took care of all refueling operations, assigning the ships crew to their stations, along with daily soundings of all tanks, and fuel and water reports that went straight to the Capt of the ship.. I hand delivered them every morning to the Capt..
After a few training cruises/courses, we headed out on Westpac, in October of 1971, and headed to Vietnam, where we steamed plane guard for aircraft carriers, picking up downed pilots, or jets that didnt take off or land right on the carriers..we didnt stay on the gunline long, as we went into Subic bay, Phillipines, where there was a little town called Olongapo.. which had 10 thousand hookers, and 200 bars and hotels.. I think I knew each one of them, before the 4 yrs in the Navy was over.. LOL,, Made trips to Phillipines, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Kaoshiung taiwan, Taipai/keelung taiwan, Sasebo Japan,, Darwin, Perth/Freemantle/Melbourne, Australia, Aukland New Zealand, and the Samoan Islands (Pago Pago).. many stops in Honolulu, a midshipmans cruise to Seattle Washington, an overhaul in Bremerton shipyards/Portland Oregon, and a few islands that we pulled into to relax and swim, drink beer, and fight,, the party was over, and we would get back underway,,
Been accused of sneaking two women aboard ship, in one port of Australia, hiding them in my Oil SHack, where I did my boiler water testing, and taking them to the next port in Australia (5 days later) lol,, Now, would I do that? No charges were ever filed, and I vehemently deny this ever happening!! <snicker>
Though I was a handsome young man, and didnt get turned down often from the ladies.. I did lose my heart to a couple gals, that things could have turned out a lot different, had i decided to stay, instead of getting out of the Navy..
where, I returned to my first wife, and lived in misery for the next 10-12 yrs, when we finally got divorced.. and I met Nana.. almost right away.. the night I met her, (actually, already knew her, but went looking for her this particular night, her birthday) Found her sitting with another man, and walked over and tapped her on the shoulder, to ask her to dance. Now folks, when that gal turned around and looked at me, the smile on her face, I fell in love with her that very moment, as she rose from her seat, and I guided her to the floor.. We danced several dances, with the glaring eye of her date on us the whole time.. lol,, finally, I sat her down, and went to the bar, to sit, where she watched and waited for me to ask again... finally, as the evening ended, she left her date and we went to breakfast, and the next night, well,, lets just say, that was when we pretty much started our relationship.. 25 years ago, this coming October.. and we married 2 yrs later, in 1988..
as i said,, there isnt a lot, I havent done, at least once, and most things twice.. or more.. If it was worth doing, I did it many many times.. and Ive never regretted my life, or the things I have done.. Perhaps a few things could have been done differently, but then I would have missed the experience.. and the joy of having done it..
Ive been a son, a dad, a brother, a Papaw, a teacher, a student. I welded, built, wired, cabled, just about every building you can see in the skyline of Indianapolis, and done safety tests on thousands of elevators throughout the state, Ive transferred to Houston Tx, and back to Indianapolis, IN, transferred to Terre Haute, IN and back again..
Ive been Post Commander 3 times, at two different VFW Posts,, and all-state Commander, missed being all american by just a few new members, and as Post Commander, honored by the United States Marine Corp, from returning troops from Iraq.
Ive fought, friended, and drank with some of the best people you could ever want to meet, (and some of the toughest),, I was a pool shooter, that at one time, thought I was ready to move up in the ranks to the worlds top players,, though, money, being the holdback,, I had a stigma of playing for money.. lol,,But, at least in my mind, I was one of the best, and have beaten some of the best pool shooters in Indianapolis, and been beaten.. came in first in a few pool tournaments, 4th in the state of Indiana, in the early nineties, and even had a card printed up, "best pool shooter in the entire civilized world, and east of the Mississippi.. Ive had fun, lived a life of fun and excitement.. Ive spent fortunes, drinking and gambling.. Ive lived a good life, did what Ive wanted. Most of the time, doing it til Ive grown tired of it,, lol..
Ive known some of the best friends, a man could ever asked for, and loved on some beautiful women (including Nana).. Ive never had to wonder, what if.. because Ive done it..
Ive buried some close friends,, that I was proud to have called Brother.
The excitement of my life was the birth of my daughter, Amanda, and the birth of my granddaughter, Marisa. The disappointments, were my health deteriorating, to what it is today.. didnt expect to be in this shape, when I retired, nor expected a few other things that happened since.. but, hey, thats all part of life, and living the experience... Many a person, couldnt have walked in my shoes, and been content.. or completed my life this way..
Other disappointments in my life, were the death of my Father, before I turned 5.. the death of my two brothers, Sam and Buddy, too early in life.. The loss of friends, Vietnam Veterans, and VFW buddies, that were so close to me, they were brothers in the sense.. I know of one, that died before we moved here on the lake, and Nana and I say often, had Jim lived, he would have moved into our back bedroom, to be able to fish everyday.. Dale, was another close fishing buddy, that I lost recently.. many a time out on the lake, drinking a few beers, but fishing was the main course of the day, and we would fill a cooler up with them.. Not many people come along in a lifetime, that we can call true friends, or brother..but these were real men, that fought for their country, and lived their lives to the hands they were dealt.. and I loved them.
My biggest joy, and then loss, was when my Grandson, Devin Michael Leo was born, on September 25th, 1997.. and his death, on July 10, 1998 took its toll on me. and a few months later, I had a heart attack.. Im better now, after 13 yrs, but still cant go to his grave, which we do often, without crying, and thinking of the times Nana would bring him into the bed and flop him down on my belly, to wake me up for work.. such a blessing he was to our lives, and his loss, still hurts to this day
And when Mother died, I spent the night before with her at the hospital.. She slept most of the time, and I knew she was going to be taken off intravenous feeding and everything, the following morning.. and I could do nothing but pray, all night long, for her to wake, one more time, so I could tell her I love her.. and my prayers were answered, as she awoke at 530am, and we sat and talked, and she said how proud she was of me.. and how much she loved me.. We talked for awhile, and then I called the family, to tell them she was awake,, and they came up as soon as possible,,I couldnt stay, to watch her die.. and left, and waited word... They started the Fentanyl drip, after a Fentanyl shot that sent her asleep again, and within a few hours, she was gone.. Nana and I went back to the hospital then, to see her lying peaceful and content that she was going to see her family, and her Saviour, Jesus, in Heaven..
She may still be alive today, had they not made the decision, to end her life on her terms.. but she was ready, understood what was going on, and was prepared to meet her maker.. a pious woman, a beautiful Southern woman, with all the charms and pride, of having raised her family, to the best of her abilities.. and she was proud.
My Plans, for my birthday, are to go bar hopping, to get my free birthday beer, visit with my vietnam veteran buddies,, lift a glass to our friends that have passed, and enjoy another day, of friendship. not much different, than any other day, but this time, they get to buy the beer,, LOL..
Other plans, are to get some loving from Nana,, lol,, so may have to take some Cialis this morning, and hope it works.. lol..

After a few training cruises/courses, we headed out on Westpac, in October of 1971, and headed to Vietnam, where we steamed plane guard for aircraft carriers, picking up downed pilots, or jets that didnt take off or land right on the carriers..we didnt stay on the gunline long, as we went into Subic bay, Phillipines, where there was a little town called Olongapo.. which had 10 thousand hookers, and 200 bars and hotels.. I think I knew each one of them, before the 4 yrs in the Navy was over.. LOL,, Made trips to Phillipines, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Kaoshiung taiwan, Taipai/keelung taiwan, Sasebo Japan,, Darwin, Perth/Freemantle/Melbourne, Australia, Aukland New Zealand, and the Samoan Islands (Pago Pago).. many stops in Honolulu, a midshipmans cruise to Seattle Washington, an overhaul in Bremerton shipyards/Portland Oregon, and a few islands that we pulled into to relax and swim, drink beer, and fight,, the party was over, and we would get back underway,,
Been accused of sneaking two women aboard ship, in one port of Australia, hiding them in my Oil SHack, where I did my boiler water testing, and taking them to the next port in Australia (5 days later) lol,, Now, would I do that? No charges were ever filed, and I vehemently deny this ever happening!! <snicker>
Though I was a handsome young man, and didnt get turned down often from the ladies.. I did lose my heart to a couple gals, that things could have turned out a lot different, had i decided to stay, instead of getting out of the Navy..
where, I returned to my first wife, and lived in misery for the next 10-12 yrs, when we finally got divorced.. and I met Nana.. almost right away.. the night I met her, (actually, already knew her, but went looking for her this particular night, her birthday) Found her sitting with another man, and walked over and tapped her on the shoulder, to ask her to dance. Now folks, when that gal turned around and looked at me, the smile on her face, I fell in love with her that very moment, as she rose from her seat, and I guided her to the floor.. We danced several dances, with the glaring eye of her date on us the whole time.. lol,, finally, I sat her down, and went to the bar, to sit, where she watched and waited for me to ask again... finally, as the evening ended, she left her date and we went to breakfast, and the next night, well,, lets just say, that was when we pretty much started our relationship.. 25 years ago, this coming October.. and we married 2 yrs later, in 1988..
as i said,, there isnt a lot, I havent done, at least once, and most things twice.. or more.. If it was worth doing, I did it many many times.. and Ive never regretted my life, or the things I have done.. Perhaps a few things could have been done differently, but then I would have missed the experience.. and the joy of having done it..
Ive been a son, a dad, a brother, a Papaw, a teacher, a student. I welded, built, wired, cabled, just about every building you can see in the skyline of Indianapolis, and done safety tests on thousands of elevators throughout the state, Ive transferred to Houston Tx, and back to Indianapolis, IN, transferred to Terre Haute, IN and back again..
Ive been Post Commander 3 times, at two different VFW Posts,, and all-state Commander, missed being all american by just a few new members, and as Post Commander, honored by the United States Marine Corp, from returning troops from Iraq.
Ive fought, friended, and drank with some of the best people you could ever want to meet, (and some of the toughest),, I was a pool shooter, that at one time, thought I was ready to move up in the ranks to the worlds top players,, though, money, being the holdback,, I had a stigma of playing for money.. lol,,But, at least in my mind, I was one of the best, and have beaten some of the best pool shooters in Indianapolis, and been beaten.. came in first in a few pool tournaments, 4th in the state of Indiana, in the early nineties, and even had a card printed up, "best pool shooter in the entire civilized world, and east of the Mississippi.. Ive had fun, lived a life of fun and excitement.. Ive spent fortunes, drinking and gambling.. Ive lived a good life, did what Ive wanted. Most of the time, doing it til Ive grown tired of it,, lol..
Ive known some of the best friends, a man could ever asked for, and loved on some beautiful women (including Nana).. Ive never had to wonder, what if.. because Ive done it..
Ive buried some close friends,, that I was proud to have called Brother.
The excitement of my life was the birth of my daughter, Amanda, and the birth of my granddaughter, Marisa. The disappointments, were my health deteriorating, to what it is today.. didnt expect to be in this shape, when I retired, nor expected a few other things that happened since.. but, hey, thats all part of life, and living the experience... Many a person, couldnt have walked in my shoes, and been content.. or completed my life this way..
Other disappointments in my life, were the death of my Father, before I turned 5.. the death of my two brothers, Sam and Buddy, too early in life.. The loss of friends, Vietnam Veterans, and VFW buddies, that were so close to me, they were brothers in the sense.. I know of one, that died before we moved here on the lake, and Nana and I say often, had Jim lived, he would have moved into our back bedroom, to be able to fish everyday.. Dale, was another close fishing buddy, that I lost recently.. many a time out on the lake, drinking a few beers, but fishing was the main course of the day, and we would fill a cooler up with them.. Not many people come along in a lifetime, that we can call true friends, or brother..but these were real men, that fought for their country, and lived their lives to the hands they were dealt.. and I loved them.
My biggest joy, and then loss, was when my Grandson, Devin Michael Leo was born, on September 25th, 1997.. and his death, on July 10, 1998 took its toll on me. and a few months later, I had a heart attack.. Im better now, after 13 yrs, but still cant go to his grave, which we do often, without crying, and thinking of the times Nana would bring him into the bed and flop him down on my belly, to wake me up for work.. such a blessing he was to our lives, and his loss, still hurts to this day
And when Mother died, I spent the night before with her at the hospital.. She slept most of the time, and I knew she was going to be taken off intravenous feeding and everything, the following morning.. and I could do nothing but pray, all night long, for her to wake, one more time, so I could tell her I love her.. and my prayers were answered, as she awoke at 530am, and we sat and talked, and she said how proud she was of me.. and how much she loved me.. We talked for awhile, and then I called the family, to tell them she was awake,, and they came up as soon as possible,,I couldnt stay, to watch her die.. and left, and waited word... They started the Fentanyl drip, after a Fentanyl shot that sent her asleep again, and within a few hours, she was gone.. Nana and I went back to the hospital then, to see her lying peaceful and content that she was going to see her family, and her Saviour, Jesus, in Heaven..
She may still be alive today, had they not made the decision, to end her life on her terms.. but she was ready, understood what was going on, and was prepared to meet her maker.. a pious woman, a beautiful Southern woman, with all the charms and pride, of having raised her family, to the best of her abilities.. and she was proud.
My Plans, for my birthday, are to go bar hopping, to get my free birthday beer, visit with my vietnam veteran buddies,, lift a glass to our friends that have passed, and enjoy another day, of friendship. not much different, than any other day, but this time, they get to buy the beer,, LOL..
Other plans, are to get some loving from Nana,, lol,, so may have to take some Cialis this morning, and hope it works.. lol..

Good Morning everyone
well,, Its Monday, and here I sit again,, didnt go to Rehab this morning,, got up too late.. couldnt sleep last night.. and it was nearly 5am before I did drop off..
This will be short, as I have lots to do,, the Flooring finally is finished, but Ive grown unhappy with it, as there is faded boards where the sheen isnt on it,, not sure why, but stopped at Lowes yesterday, and theyre supposed to come out and take a look, and try to figure out what to do.
I took back, all the extra parts,, $353.00 worth,, I told them that their guy that does the measuring, his tape measure is off.. also, I have one box, well, 7 pieces, the whole box has 8.. that was chipped or faded and unusable.. thats another 45 dollars, or just a bit less,, if I can get them to replace them, or pay be back.. I see no reason to keep a whole box,, and they cant use them to replace the faded pieces,, but that also means, that they will have to bring back the 3 boxes I did take back (get my money back, then replacement is on them, not me) or reorder all new, and come out and fix it..
But, dont know when that will be.. but with over 80 square feet taken back, and the contractor charging by the square foot, I should get a refund there too,, then, they didnt take off 10% for veterans.. (yes, I asked for that too, since Lowes does that, but just now told me about it) sooo,, looking better all the time,, LOL
went to the RV place yesterday,, got there at closing on sunday,, thought we had 2 hrs til closing,, hardest place to hit on time, I guess.. but almost spent all the money refunded, between walmart and Gander Mountain, oh, and the RV place,, we ran through the store picking up stuff we will need, then to walmart, to buy a few things for the RV,, glasses, plates, etc.. still need to take it to the rv place, to have them check out everything to see what is wrong.. bastards want 175 or so, just to look at it and tell me what needs work.. then,, they want to tell me how everthing works,, thats another 179, I think I seen.. lol,, are they frigging nuts???
better git,, beef stew is going.. and I told Nana we would get moving early today, and go to another RV place..

Afternoon, everyone..
Well, the flooring is completed, except for trim and a couple other odds and ends, and it looks fantastic.. cherrywood flooring matches my computer furniture perfect,, looks great in the kitchen and hallway.. and with the new black appliances,, guess the next thing on the agenda, will be new cabinets,, or new windows and doors.. the sliding glass door leaks like a sieve, and the front door isnt much better,, also, want ladder installed in the garage to the attic, to make it easier to get up and down, instead of climbing up a rickety ladder lol..
But the flooring looks absotively fantastic.. Im very pleased,, especially, since I get parts to take back, and, money back, and I forgot to get my veterans discount (10%) at lowes.. Ive looked at the receipt, and they didnt give it to me, though they did find a few other things to discount, to get it to what they quoted me.. but they forgot the veteran discount, so Im going to hit them up for that first.. lol. though I paid cash for the flooring and labor, I wouldnt care if they applied the money to the Lowes charge,, which we used for the appliances,, then I can pay them off a couple months earlier than expected.
Worked on the Rv a few days ago,, when it was warm.. now its cold again.. 33 degrees and not looking good for several more days,,brrrrr.. but the generator is working fine,, I had bought one of those port o power things to jump start it,, and that works fine, the engine appears to be running fine.. probably should have the generator serviced, oil changed and filters, just to have it checked out.. its putting out power,, I used a vacuum cleaner in the RV the other day, off of one of the outlets, was a surprise finding the port o sucker in the RV, stuck in a cubby hole.. didnt even know it was there.. book keeps saying there is a furnace in it, but I havent really looked for it yet. only heater I seen, other than the front heater/w the A/C... the main A/C for the compartment, the rooftop unit, doesnt appear to work,, I figured out, that you have to plug in the internal plug, into the output from the generator and have the generator running,, or run 120v to the RV and plug it in.. either way, when I tried cooling it down, it bogged the generator down, til it quit.. an the heater unit on it, is to just take the chill off, not actually heat the rv...
I really need to just take the thing to the RV place, and have them check it all out, fill and flush the tanks, and fill again,, and then top off the LP gas... and then make sure the hot water heater (6gal) is working,, the refrigerator runs off A/C. D/C and or LP gas.. and see what its going to cost me to fix the air conditioner,, hope it isnt replacement, as that is nearly 1000 dollars,, and I aint got it now,, least after the last 3 visits to the casino.. but will have money again next month,, and things will be better,, only have a week to go.. lol,,
Today is my daughter, amanda's birthday,, 40 years old.. The night she was born, I must have called every 20-30 minutes to see if she was here yet (no, we didnt know back then what "it" would be. lol,, I was in the US Navy at the time, in Long Beach California,, my ship was in modified drydock, and no where to sleep on board, , so we slept in the barracks, on the base...Finally, Mother told me to go on to bed, and they would call me,, looking back, that must have been a huge phonebill I had left Mother with, and me only making 100 bucks a month. But, Amanda finally made it here, and pretty much has been a pain in my ass since.. lol,, not really, though, there have been some times.
Nana is home today, and has spent pretty much the whole day in the bedroom,, coming out for coffee, and something to eat.. pretty much what Amanda has done too.. lol,, I set a roast out for supper,, but doesnt look like its going to get fixed tonight.. with the workers here,, I didnt want to be fixing things for supper,, while they were still working,, last night, I was gonna cook hotdogs,, but Nana said she was fixing tuna,, and that was pretty good.. though, with 6 cans, there was only enough left to snack on, or maybe one sandwich..
Think maybe I will start with fried taters and onions, and then figure out the main course,, lol.. I could do chicken soup.. or chili,, guess either of those would work.. and have it ready in no time.. hmmm,, maybe that isnt a bad idea, with it as cold as it is..
Better get busy figuring out what it will be,, lol,, so talk to yall again soon

Good Afternoon, Everyone
Well its Sunday.. Nana and I are getting ready to head to the riverboat (again) ugh... no money, but they sent Nana a 100$ and a free room, and buffets,, sooo, guess we will be going to Lawrenceburg, Indiana in a little while.
FINALLY, made it to Camping World.. pretty neat place,, lots of things to buy for the RV. But no money this time to do any buying, LOL... thanks to the casino the other night.. We'll never learn.. lol,, but did make it over to the RV and got it running,, tightened up the fan belts,, and I bought a Power quick start at walmart, with enough charge to jump it and get it started.. pretty nifty.. glad I bought it.. 20 dollars off, and I did need one for emergencies.. Plus, I can use it for my pick up, to get it started and moving down the road.. 2 weeks til I get paid again, and that money is gone,, have to wait for the second check,, then I will be in the chips again, if I can stay the hell away from the casinos.. lmao..
The battery/alternator appeared to be charging on the RV, so that is a plus,, hope that was it,, least the belts arent screaming for help now,, LOL.. took a few measurements for mini blinds.. bought a couple, and will put them in when it warms up.. A/C wasnt working,, Gary, Nana's Brother, said it worked,, sooo, guess I will need to read the directions (usually after the third try, I read how to do things, lmao) Then one of these days, I will take it down to Camping World, and have them put a new shroud on it,, looks like someone hit a low branch, or something and busted it up,, I would imagine it is from sun damage too,, inside, need light replacements,, they work, but the covers are crumbling from age and heat,, you know how plastic gets with age and being in the heat/sun.. Also need to figure out the alarm system on the RV,, inside,, there is an alarm, for dangerous fumes.. and when I turned it on, the alarm went off,, think it is carbon monoxide or CO2 or something, from the exhaust.. may need to look under it and check out the system,, Just going to take some time to get it fixed up to use.. little at a time.. its actually ready now, if we wanted to go.. just dont know how to work anything,, we have all the equipment to camp and cook, without using the inside RV equipment, so not a biggie right now.. will take it to CW (camping world) and have it charged (propane) and the water tanks flushed and filled, and make sure the toilet is going to be working in it.. If we can just stay out of the casino, it would be nice to have money saved to just jump in it and go at the spur of the moment,, sure wish Nana would retire.. we looked at newer Rv's yesterday,, 25-35k... man were they nice.. I told her if we would sell the house, we could just jump on the road and go,, right there would give up 1500-2000 a month extra.. hell, maybe even more than that.. I would really only have insurance on the vehicles..Then get us a mailbox in Tennessee or Florida, where they dont pay state income tax,, and that would save us 1000 a year.. plus no property taxes.. I think we could live pretty high on the hog,, let alone save money..
even if we bought a new truck,/5th wheel, with a nice pull behind trailer,, would be really nice... not quite what Im wanting, but a new truck sounded good,, lmao

Good morning, everyone,,
well, I survived St Patty's Day, without drinking even one green beer,, though I did stop and drink a few with my corned beef and cabbage yesterday. Which, of course was after my Cardiac Rehab appt, which I did happen to go to Thursday, LOL.. Then, I went home, to relax in the sun on the back deck, since I didnt have a key to the house (Nana had taken it out of my pants pocket to check the mail the night before, and Amanda had gone to pick Marisa up, at BSU, for a dr appt. )
When Nana called, she was with the elderly lady we help out, leaving the dr appt with her.. At which point, she could have been home in 20 minutes or so, if shed just gone ahead and dropped her off.. Instead, Nana came home to open the door for me, then decided I should go ahead and go with her, and then on to Walmart, instead of dropping her off and coming home to get me..
So, we go to Louise's house, get her in, (we are parking the RV at her house, so I went inside to check it out) and I try to start the RV, and it is deader than I dont know what.. I believe it is the belts, keeping the batteries from recharging, or, like my pickup truck, has a ground somewhere draining the battery.. something is on, that should be off.. or something....Gary, Nana's brother, thought the refrigerator had maybe kicked on or something.. so I thought I had it unplugged,, evidently, the plug I pulled wasnt it.. ugh.. I was kinda hoping, to jump in it this weekend, and just go for a drive..
well, that isnt happening now.. we left walmart, after Nana wanted some pillows and carpet runners, to somehow blend all the ugly colors in together, and the draped to separate the front windshield behind the seats, from the living compartment,, I reckon shes afraid of someone looking in at a nekkid 63 year old woman, (other than myself, of course, lmao) and a few blinds, without measuring anything, so it was guesstimate on sizes.. I may go this afternoon, and see if I can get the belts tightened up, and perhaps pick up one of those thingys that you can start a vehicle with.. I think theyre about 40 bucks.. we'll see. lol..
So leaving walmart, we decided to head to Camping World, hoping to look around and get ideas, along with picking up a few items, which, mainly I wanted the Dutch Oven Table. (Im really wanting to get into this dutch oven cooking,, I have hundreds of recipes to try out, lol),, So, once again, we get there, and the doors shut as we pull into the parking spot,, 2nd time (2nd visit, as well) this has happened to us.. So,, what do I do?? ask Nana (big mistake) casino or Gander Mountain? and once again, we go to Indiana Live casino, and lose our ass. this is going to take me a couple months to recover from,, between the $800, 3 weeks or so ago, and 400 last night.. and we ate at the buffet they tout so much in their mailings,,,,,, Im telling you, if they made pizza for a living they would go broke,,, if they opened a chinese buffet, they may break even, If they do just fried chicken and those fries they had last night, theyd stay afloat,,, the chicken was about the best thing they had.. even the desserts werent very good.. Worst buffet I have ever been to.. and,, Im done with it, the casino, and anything down highway 74... we will go to the Horseshoe in Southern Indiana, or we wont be going anywhere.. if we had lost 1200 there, we would have had rooms, Paula Deen's buffet, a room, and an excellent time as always.. and earned a lot of rewards points,, and more money each month to come back.. there have been times, we have gotten 300 dollars a piece from them, to come back to play,,, and weve picked up the money stayed the night and came home,, lol... but theyve put a stop to that practice,,, you have to put the money into a machine and play it off,, cant cash out like we did before.. unless its winnings..
Really a beautiful day yesterday.. around 70 (I say cause I dont know what it actually got to) but it was bright and sunny.. just gorgeous.. today, is to be 65 or so.. its cloudy right now.. 20% chance of rain, but 80% it wont rain.. lol.. Its finally starting to warm up, but thursday, back down in the 40's,, at least thats what theyre saying now..
Gonna be tight with money the next few weeks, due to our stupidity (or mine for mentioning the casino).. didnt sleep well last night (we didnt get home til midnight or so, and I didnt go to bed til 230, then Nana was hurting, and awake, and we watch tv til 430 or so, and I turned over to sleep, and she had to get up at 5am,, so she is going to be beat when she gets home tonight.. oh, oh, oh,,,, the sun just broke through the clouds,, woohoo.. I may get moving a little faster than I expected.. lol.. Need to return some things to Lowes, get a couple extra set of RV keys made, so Nana has a set, I have a set, and then a spare set of keys.. and buy either the charger/starter thingy, or a set of jumper cables,, I think the former, and next month, the jumpers,, LOL..
Well, if Im going to get anything done today, I reckon Id better get started.. will be nice to get outside and do something anyways,, and havent worked on a car in a long time. so that should be interesting too.. LOL

well, I survived St Patty's Day, without drinking even one green beer,, though I did stop and drink a few with my corned beef and cabbage yesterday. Which, of course was after my Cardiac Rehab appt, which I did happen to go to Thursday, LOL.. Then, I went home, to relax in the sun on the back deck, since I didnt have a key to the house (Nana had taken it out of my pants pocket to check the mail the night before, and Amanda had gone to pick Marisa up, at BSU, for a dr appt. )
When Nana called, she was with the elderly lady we help out, leaving the dr appt with her.. At which point, she could have been home in 20 minutes or so, if shed just gone ahead and dropped her off.. Instead, Nana came home to open the door for me, then decided I should go ahead and go with her, and then on to Walmart, instead of dropping her off and coming home to get me..

Afternoon, everyone,
Hope your weekend was great.. mine was, I reckon,, We went to Nana's Brother's Saturday, and picked up the RV.. need to take some pics of it.. it handles pretty good on the road,, fan belts need tightening or soaped or something,, occasionally they really got to screaming.. lol,, Stopped at walmart and got gas 3.35 a gal. cheapest we seen there and back... put 75.00 in and it quit pumping, guess its an automatic thing.. not sure how much more it would have taken,, I think it has a 30 gallon tank.. unsure of the gas mileage yet too, since i didnt get filled up,, also,, the gas guage doesnt work.. hope warm weather gets here soon, want to get started working on it..
It has a lot of rattles,, mostly on top,, think it may be the a/c cover that is broken, I know the antennae flops a bunch,, brought it home to show the kids..they seemed to like it,, Nana made the comment about giving it to them and tell them to find a parking place to live,, lmao.. j/k The lady Nana and I help, Louise, is letting us park it in her driveway,, since she doesnt drive any more, it wont bother her it being there.. Im just concerned of the neighborhood that its in,, I stopped by and after two days, windows are unbroken and tires still on it,, LOL... just leery of it being there, but cheaper than paying someplace to park it.. Need to find a cover for the a/c,,,May call coleman, and see what I can get,, since thats the brand.. or call Campers world,, guess they have nearly everything there.. Something was running the battery down,, need to figure that out too,, Gary, Nana's brother, thought it was the Refrigerator, so I unplugged it to make sure that wasnt it.. it runs off electric or Propane.. which, I dont even know how much propane is in it, if any.. so much I have to learn, before even taking it out,, filling up the fresh water, getting the toilet figured out and how to dump it at the dump stations at the park.. how many usages, how often??? etc.. then the generator, and the a/c to run stuff,, I can rent electric site, and not have to use the generator, I believe.. which will make it good,, little more expensive, but not that bad.. and I can run a cord straight to the RV and plug it in,, just need to make sure everything else is working off it,, and the stove/oven,,, then to figure out the shower stuff.. ugh,, its really not a bad buy for 2500$ but its gonna take a little bit to get it road ready.. tires,, ugh,,, then there is the interior needs some work,, ungodly colors inside.. but it is comfortable sitting.. oh, it started spitting and sputtering after I filled up,, not sure what that is about,, maybe fuel filter, pump, or maybe water in gas tank from sitting so long? Probably should have put premium in it at first, but didnt think of it..
Signed up and paid for an annual membership to Good Sam Club, for Rv'ers and campers.. may be wasted money, but will figure it out somehow to make it to our advantage,, dont know if we will enjoy those places or not.. but worth a shot at it looking at them.. there is one in Nashville, IN,,,Nana already commented about going there for the weekend, and then walking through the shops there... its a small community town, that is door to door stores and shops selling pert near everything..
Just got back from Cardiac Rehab,, wore my ass out today.. missed all last week,, Monday, because the flooring people came to install the new floor.. then wednesday, because of painting, I pulled something in my neck, so didnt go wed or thurs. Stopped at Lowes on the way home, and picked up another replacement bi-fold door for the pantry.. it had fell over once, when we had it off, and of course, landed on the handle, which shoved it on through the door.. so there was a hole in it.. so I have it now,, and that is the last thing that needs painted,, we got everything else painted to match, so now just this door,, shouldnt take real long to do it,, will get on it in a little while.. after a nap,, lol..
Fixed BBQ'd ribs for supper Saturday night,, then ate left overs last night,, just slow cooked in the crock pot.. then took em out, dipped them in the sauce, then drained the rest of the liquid out of the pot,, put them all back in to simmer for a couple hours in the bbq sauce.. turned out real good and tender,, with corn on the cob and baked beans.. simple,, set out a porkloin to thaw, will cut it up for chops later, I guess.. simplest thing to do with it...too late to throw into crock to have roast.. well,, if it is too late, its really too late now,, I just threw it all together and put in the crock anyways,, lol,, its on high, and we dont eat til late anyways anymore,, 7-8pm,, so it should be finished by then.. Never made gravy from juices like this before (really, just chicken broth and the juice from the pork mixed in) but will try to make something palatable.. well,
guess Id better either get my nap in, or get busy painting,, LOL,, so will end this on a good note, key of G.. IVE SEEN MY BETTER DAYS, BUT I GOT OVER THEM!!

Good Morning everyone,
Well, The flooring people showed up Monday, to tear out and install the flooring for us.. but, while tearing it out, found moisture still in the concrete. its caused by the refrigerator leaking, which cause the damage, and the wood laminate that was under it, soaked up the water(its compressed sawdust, with laminate over the top) and hadnt dried out. So they drug up, tearing all the laminate out of the kitchen and den/computer room, and all the trim.. So that is where we are at now,, Concrete flooring is showing, furniture is not in place, etc.. just a mess.. and they will check in a few days (probably a week to dry out) and see if the moisture level has dropped enough, to start installing the new flooring..
THey did do the foyer, and boy does it look nice.. with the new trim.. except where the doors are, its a darker wood, and then the white trim, not sure I like that,, may get a piece and replace right there.. But the flooring is really a changer in there, just looks fantastic,, color, the way its laid down, etc... I really did good on selecting the color,, matches my furniture in the computer room to a Tee..
Pulled something in my neck over the weekend.. figure I must have slept wrong or something,, still hurting from it,, taking muscle relaxers and pain pills, and anti inflammatorys to get the nerve to go down and quit hurting,, dont think I will go to therapy again today, because of it.. Just dont think I can do the exercises at cardiac rehab, with me hurting this way..
Unhappy with my weight gain,, gonna have to try harder to get it back down,, it isnt drastic,, about 7 lbs from a week and a half ago,, part is fluid, part of it not eating right.. need to really work harder at it.. 242 this morning..
Made meatloaf and fried potatoes for supper (and corn) nice hotplate dinner.. tasted really good.. I stopped on one plate,, even though more would have been nice,, lol, just didnt want to over do it, and wind up feeling bloated..
Really need to get started on this reformatting the computer,, gonna take a couple days,, may skip planting today on my virtual farm, and start moving around everything,, the orchards and trees have taken over.. can use the laptop for doing that, if need be,, but really need to do the computer first.. before they finish the flooring, so when everything goes back into place, Im good to go on everything.. I went ahead and hooked the desktop back up yesterday,, (Im using it now) because its difficult doing everything I need to do on here, with out a mouse,, May pick up a wireless mouse for the laptop next time out running around.. Nana asked me last night when I was looking at mail (items from the gambling casinos) if they had given us a room anywhere,, and asked us to take it to get away for the weekend,, problem is, the 800 I lost a couple weeks ago, hurt my bank acct bigtime, LOL.. Im not broke, just dont have money to go back to the casino.. and I know that if we went, we wouldnt just have the room and go eat and come back,, she would want to go down and gamble,, and as much as I like doing that too, I just aint going to do it.. least not til I get my rathole built back up..
New mares in the market,, Black beauty,, but they had to change the name of it, and is now a black Gypsy horse.. and then the latest is the Mardi Gras mare,, and she has a name change too, to Carnival mare/foal.. yes, I bought both, and yes, I have been breeding them,, gave out 75 of the carnival foals yesterday,, and for some reason, no one really going out of their way to get the black gypsy,, unsure why..
Guess daughter in law, is having some sort of female surgery Friday.. so son has asked Nana to come sit with her friday evening after the drawing.. Funny,, I asked her to leave after the drawing and come home, and she wont even think about it,, but let her son ask, and away she goes.. guess I know where I rank around here..
Chris, my son in law, made spaghetti and his sauce the other night,, it looked like my chili, lol,, and wouldnt take a whole lot to get there.. but we had spaghetti and sauce w/garlic bread the other night,, it was good,, as was my chili the nite before.. guess it isnt the tomato based products that was making me sick after eating.. THink it was my Byetta shots I take for diabetes, before meals,, Suppose to keep it refrigerated for one, and I had used it at the hospital, and they just threw it in a drawer, and then there is a 30 day usage after you start a new pen (use it up in 30 days) and this was way over that.. sooo,, I think it may have been that making me sick after meals sometimes.. havent done that for a week, so think I will be okay,,, though still dont know if it may have been beer.. since I havent drank any since the last time I got sick..
Guess Id better go make the call to Cardiac Rehab, that Im not making it in.. So will close this up for today.. may as well get it over with.. lol

THink it was my Byetta shots I take for diabetes, before meals,, Suppose to keep it refrigerated for one, and I had used it at the hospital, and they just threw it in a drawer, and then there is a 30 day usage after you start a new pen (use it up in 30 days) and this was way over that.. sooo,, I think it may have been that making me sick after meals sometimes.. havent done that for a week, so think I will be okay,,, though still dont know if it may have been beer.. since I havent drank any since the last time I got sick..
Guess Id better go make the call to Cardiac Rehab, that Im not making it in.. So will close this up for today.. may as well get it over with.. lol

Afternoon, Everyone,
Hope this finds you all well.. Its Sunday,, getting ready to start the new week off with a bang,, well,, tomorrow is Cardiac Rehab day, again,, I hate having my days planned for me,, I like spur of the moment do things, not scheduled or emergency things.. lol,, but thats just me.
Think Nana is done being pissed. I just said I didnt like the way things have been the last 2-3 days, and asked how much longer we were going to have to be like this, and today she is acting better., lol,, go figure..
The painting is done,, I just went to Lowes and picked up 6 more pieces of trim, to go around the doors, and when I got home, realized, I dont need to replace it, and if I did, it would have to be all the trim around all the doors, not just the two in this area.. so thats 50+ dollars to credit back to the acct..
I also picked up a few things for the grill. Porcelain wok, and Porcelain tray, for cooking veggies and some different meats,, Ive had them before, but they were thin and flimsy, and didnt last long.. so paid better money, and got good ones.. also picked up some welding gloves to use around the grille, or take camping to use for lifting the dutch ovens out of the fire.. and also got some meat thermometers, that you can leave in the meat, when you throw it on the grill. (supposedly) ..lol... 2 for beef, 1 for chicken, and 1 for pork (yes, theyre labeled different, since the different meats, should be different temps on the inside when theyre cooked..especially pork,,,but then, you all knew that, right? lmao)
Still waiting for warmer days (60+) so I can get out there and oil the grille on the inside and out. (it comes with vegetable oil on it already, but directions say to do it before you start using it, then every now and then to help keep it from rusting.) I paid good money for it, even if I did buy it on sale.. 360 dollars, and I got it for 260.. but then, they got me for more, because of some of the other things I bought, to use here, and when we go camping.. It has a smoker with it, (additional 60 dollars) on the charcoal grille end,, then a rotisserie is all I need left to buy,, it should span both the gas grille and the charcoal grille ends.. (yes, this grille has a gas, AND a charcoal grille with it,, two separate grilles.. but can only smoke the meats, using the charcoal end of the grille and the smoker, ) guess that sounds redundant and hard to explain unless you see it.. Im really anxious to use this.. reviews were good, though a couple complained of it rusting out.. I figure, evidently they didnt take care of their investment, or they dont like to cook as much as I do. especially grilling.. I usually cook year around on the grille, and would be using this one already, if, I hadnt had all those health problems, and it had been warm enough a couple days when I got it, so I could season it with the oil.. But Im looking forward to some great steaks on there,, but the first item that is going to get cooked on it, will be a huge beef brisket, smoked with mesquite chunk wood.
As I said, the painting is done,, this computer (the desktop) will be unplugged later, as we pull the desk and cabinets away from the wall later, to wash down the walls, they start putting the flooring down, tomorrow,, so its gonna be a mess around here for a few days.. then when I hook this thing back up, it is time to reformat, and get it back to original settings,, then spend a day or so with updating everything (ugh),, but hopefully, its going to speed everything up, since I upgraded the internet speeds to 6mbps (megabytes per second) Ive been running 3mbps for a couple years.. but with this thing not taking/accepting upgrades to the OS, it just seems so slow to me,, either way, my farm will load faster, (I Hope!!!,, lol)
Gonna cut this short for today,, got lots yet to do, and Ive only had 4 hrs sleep,, Nana and I were up watching tv at 530 am this morning, unable to sleep.. I know what it is for her, but for me, its just been the stress between her and I, and the shit flowing in and out of my head.. I could be almost ready to drop off to a deep sleep, and change thoughts, and Im wide awake again,, last night, was one of those nights for me,, wont be long til I am going to need a nap.. LOL and its just 530pm now..

Good Morning, Everyone..
I guess, if Im going to expect folks to read this blog, Im going to have to start writing on a more regular basis.. lol,, dont know why, but some mornings I get up, and just forget about everything..
Cardiac Rehab, has been going well... Wednesday they got me up to 2.0 mph on the treadmill, but not one to slack, I pushed it to 2.5.. which doesnt really sound like a lot, but I think I may have over did it, and hurt like the dickens that night.
Then THursday, they didnt set the treadmill time or speed for me, and I got it up to 2.0 for 5 minutes, then 2.5 for 5 minutes, then 3.0 for 15 minutes.. then the last 5 minutes was slowing it down til time was up. (30 minutes) Then onto another machine for 15.. Similar to a sitdown ski machine.. moves the arms/shoulders, and legs.. they have like the ski machine too, and may be going to that in a week or so,, The Rapists (therapists) say Im doing really well.. with all the trouble and illnesses I went through getting started, Joe, the main guy for us, told me yesterday that he didnt think I would come back.. I told him, my intentions were to always come back,, it was just that I kept winding up back into the hospital, another surgery, or another illness, that was taking it all out of me, and more time to recuperate enough to even attempt to come back into the class..
Anyways, its going good,, feel good,, the class seems to like me, but who doesnt? lmao,, dont think Ive ever met a stranger in my life.. I go in, and joke around,, cut up with everyone, learn their names and address them by it. Go in cheerful, no matter what,, (some of them probably think "oh shit, Not him again") lol But I can usually get a smile out of anyone with a one liner or two.. lol
Marisa (my grand-daughter) is coming home tonight for Spring Break from College.. hard to believe, her first year is nearly over already.. She turns 19 Monday, march 7th.. Will be good to see her again.. She was so busy the last time she was home (last month) that I didnt get to see much of her.. Makes me feel like Ive been cast aside (awww,, pity party for Papaw, lol) she has grown so fast, it seems,, and now, having a life outside of me and Nana, doesnt do me much good for whatever it is that runs through my head about it,, lol
Nana was pissed at me last night.. she made a comment, and of course, Im not one to let it go, so kept on making statements till she got really pissed, so I said the hell with it, and rather than argue with her, went on to bed to watch TV.. Figured a couple hrs would cool her off, but when she came on to bed, she said she had nothing to say to me, so I didnt talk either, and may not tonight,, lol,, I can get set in my ways pretty easy..
after doing the rehab yesterday, got home last night and started feeling bad, on the left side,, feels like fluid on lungs, or around heart again,, cant figure it out,, feel good when I go to the dr, so they dont look for anything.. and afraid to go to ER, that they will stick me back in,, so just keep it to myself as best I can, and try to get the water off with the pills.. speaking of which, think the water pill just kicked in, lol, brb...
Farming on Farmville has been going along well.. strange, yesterday had 65 foals to pass out, and not one request, so they died in my giftbox.. lol,,
Mardi gras trees are growing out of seedlings now,, not sure where theyre coming out of or what, but they are, and someone sent me a tree this morning..
Ive always wanted to go to Mardi Gras in New Orleans (all the flashing boobies) and things.. Afraid now, Ive waited too long, and wouldnt enjoy it like I would have when in my 30's or so.. Guess Ive reached the age, camping is about all I will enjoy anymore.. that Nana would enjoy too.. Not sure if she would go to Mardi Gras, and try to get her some beads or not,, lmao,, not many beads for 63 year old boobs, being flashed (though I still enjoy them) lmao
They have a shirt down at one of the bars I go to, that says "I Flashed my boobs at Raceway Pub" lol,, she went with me a while back, and asked the girl behind the bar, if she could get a shirt, and just say she did it,, lmao,, but the gal said they would have to take a pic of them.. and then, Nana said, well, can I just show you a pic of them?? lmao,,well, needless to say, she did NOT get a shirt..
well, Nana and I both have WIndows phone 7 now, by HTC.. nice,, we got the surround sound phone,, which was silly, when we dont download music,, LOL.. and nearly everything costs money to download,, Im not sure what the heck our phone bill will be running now.. just got it down, and added 85 a month to operate just these two phones.. ugh..
The Laminate Flooring for the den/computer room, and kitchen was delivered this week, along with the trim and 1/4 round.. need to get busy painting it so its done for installation starting Monday,, will be glad to get this finished, and get everything back in its place.. also, get the reformat done on the computer.. ugh.. but it really needs to be done..
Nana says we have new neighbors to the north of us.. they have two dogs, (dont know what kind) but the guy that rents it out, seems to always pick black people to move next to me.. they dont usually last more than a year in the house, though I am always friendly. Reckon they can just "tell" I am prejudiced? lol,, I try my best not to be. Just too many experiences in my lifetime that makes it appear its all of "them" and not just "some" of them.. I know you can have black friends, and I have, but get them around other blacks, and they dont even know you then.. Have even had a mexican family living there at one point,, not sure what happened with them,, the guys name was Oscar,, perhaps he didnt like me hollering Oscar, everytime my dog took off.. lmao,, "Oscar, Im going to beat your ass if you dont get over here" lmao, and no,, I didnt just go outside to holler Oscar, just to be doing it.. lmao I think in the 17 yrs weve lived here, there was one white couple,, and a black sheriff and his wife owned it then, an rented it to them.. Nana went to court, to testify on the condition of the inside of the house, when the sheriff took them to court for damages.. Then they tried selling the house, and told the Realtor, who told prospective buyers, that they could use my dock to fish off of, or to go swimming/boating,, lol,, I called the Realtor and straightened them out right away on that stuff,, so they dropped the listings.. lmao..
To the south of us, we have had several different people, since the black teacher owned it (she sold after us moving in for a couple years) lmao.. had a retired couple, that the husband stayed in Florida all year and came home for a couple months in the summer.. the wife stayed there all the time.. they sold out, and jacked the price up so anyone who bought, then sold, would never get their money out of it (after Realtor fees).. Had a Lesbian couple there, then another young couple,, then a single girl/teacher, who quit teaching for selling homes.. now we have a young man there, who is an air traffic controller.. Dan is pretty nice guy.. doesnt know alot out side of his job though.. lol,, But he listens, so thats good.. Sometimes I think he regrets buying the house, but think its more so the upkeep, than it is me.. LOL..
Well, Ive rambled on long enough for one morning.. has taken me 45 minutes to write this out.. maybe thats why I dont do it everyday,, LOL,,

Good Morning, everyone
Well, Its Tuesday, and our flooring was suppose to be started this morning in the Kitchen and my Computer room./den.. but the flooring didnt get delivered last week, as promised,, Nana and the kids worked all weekend cleaning the walls down, I knew when the flooring hadnt been delivered by Friday, it was futile. I called the Manager at Lowe's yesterday morning, and explained to him, my situation.. The lady that called me back, said Nana had said it would be picked up.. I told her that was a damn lie, because Nana was with me when it was paid for, and we specifically said, it would have to be delivered, and I couldnt help. Well, anyway, its straightened out now, as far as delivery,, then they were going to start tomorrow, but that wont happen either, because the flooring has to acclimate to the room temperature for 48 hrs,, soooo,, supposedly it will start next Monday, and they will finish Tuesday, so I will have to get some paint, to paint the trim and 1/4 round that will be installed after he flooring is down. Also some spray insulation to shoot around the bottom, to see if I can seal off some of the air that comes in,, this back room floor is COLD!!!
Nana and I have gotten new phones,, the Windows Phone 7, by HTC, The "Surround" pretty cool... expensive, but cool.. still working on figuring it out.. each of us had to have a $25 a month Data plan (2GB) plus, we had to have the $30 a month family unlimited messaging plan, Plus $5 a month smartphone insurance (if these get broke, there is no way I could afford another @ $500) though I seen them at AT&T store for $200.. so not sure how much they really ran,, I think they want YOU to think, theyre giving you a huge break on costs,, still cost us $24 a piece..then the $85 more a month. Just when I thought I was going to get a break on the phone bill... Now if I get the kids to start paying for their phones with no other charges.. Hate to ask, when they are so strapped for money.. but ....oh well,, enough of that..
New horse in Farmville.. actually a couple,, one breedable,, the Black Beauty horse, and the winged Pegasus.. I have them both.. Black Beauty, I bred yesterday and got 25 foals to pass out,, may do more today.. not sure if I will or not..
Have Dr appt at 1pm today, with the GI doctor.. this one I seen a couple years ago. but he is in the same office, as the one that did the colonoscopies when I had the bleeding in the hospital the first week of January. So my appt to see Dr Thomas on the 14th of February was cancelled, because he isnt my GI doctor though he was the one on duty performing the colonoscopies.. Makes sense to me, LOL.. go to one that didnt look in my butt, lol
I have the computer cabinets cleaned out (cubby holes) well, they were, but I had to put some of it back in for the time being.. they'll still be able to move stuff around, after I disconnect the computer and other electronics,, Going to reformat (restore) my computer with the disk, sometime before all this happens,, this thing hasnt been right since I let the Geek Squad work on it when I bought it,, tried to get them to come out and fix it, but would cost another $100 dollars to fix what they screwed up... then as time went by, it quit taking updates from windows, HP, etc.. so will have alot of work and several days before it gets back to operating right.. Not sure I remember how to do all of it, its been so long since the last time I did it.. Plus I will be installing new speakers, that I didnt have before (side stereo) and may install a cd player around here somewhere, too..
Weather warmed up, all the snow is gone again, though we did get more over the weekend, it has melted already, after the huge storms that blew through sunday night.. Lake is flooded, though wont get up to the house,, but is almost to the top of the deck,, boat is sitting higher in the water than it has in a long time, LOL,, had to go out and pump the bilges yesterday.. Really need to get new cushions and floor this year for the boat,, as much money as I am hemorrhaging, youd think I had lots.. lol,, All this, and still trying to work in some camping on the weekends,, and told Nana last nite, I want to go for a week as soon as possible.. I may wind up going without her.. LOL..
Today is my son Shawn's birthday,, 37 today,, will have to call him in a few minutes to sing Happy Birthday to him.. Hope I dont have to pay the royalties for singing the song to the copywright owners,, LOL..
Nana and I got our hearing tested yesterday.. Nana lost more, well, I did too.. but I have tinnitus, (ringing).. Nana has had hearing aids for years,,, Insurance pays pretty good on them.. but BOSE (the speaker people) have delved into hearing aids, and came up with one that is closest to a real hearing as human can get (til the next generation of hearing aids, lol).. $5900.. and insurance pays 2400..so through some jockeying of billing, we will owe 1150, I get Nana's hearing aids (her old ones, will help hearing but not mask the tinnitus) and they will bill the insurance another 2400 for hearing aids we already have,, so we wind up paying $1150 for her BOSE hearing aids.. she really liked the way she could hear with them.. I tried Nana's on yesterday for a moment,, ehhh,, not that big a deal with me.. dont like listening to her bitch anyways,, lol so may or may not wear them.. lol,, the ringing in my ears comes and goes,, usually when Im being tested it isnt there (like right at this moment) but yesterday, during the testing, it was there,, not quite as loud, but there.. a high frequency sound.. hard to describe. but some of you might know what I mean..
Started Cardiac Rehab last week again.. I had started in December, but the next day wound up back in the hospital with fluid in lungs,, then after that the bleeding, then the gall bladder,, then waiting til the gall bladder surgeon released me,, so FINALLY got to go last Wednesday.. then went drinking afterwards (about 18-20 beers) and even though the beer had nothing to do with it, (I dont do hangovers) I didnt make it to Rehab Thursday, because of not feeling good.. sometimes, after I take my morning meds, it upsets my stomach, and Im just miserable as hell for several hours. even if I dont eat, which I usually have something..
But went again yesterday, and wore lounge pants and t-shirt/sweatshirt.. and they weighed me at 12 lbs or so less than last week,, I told them I left my wallet in the truck,, lol,, but got on the scales this morning, and I dropped a couple more lbs from yesterday's weight here at home, wearing the same outfit.. so its coming off slowly but surely,, hopefully I keep it off,, no,, I WILL keep it off, because I wont ever let myself get back up there again.. Wish I was that firm about quitting smoking.. but, one thing at a time.. really have to get mindset for quitting, and I aint got it right now.. too much stress around here for several months now.. and no end in sight..
Just dont want to lose so much weight, I look sickly.. people will think its cancer or something.. instead of just exercise and diet.. Im just doing, what works for me, to lose weight,,, a modified Atkins diet where I try to keep my carbs under 50 per day.. if I go over, its not a big deal, and I do pretty much eat what I want, even if it does take me over 50.. My sugar is staying in the normal range, my Blood Pressure is good,, and the only thing else theyre concerned with right now, is Im a bit anemic (since the bleeding and transfusions) and Im taking Iron pills twice daily for that.. I feel good, just low on strength, and energy, but that is coming back a little at a time.. as I said before, here, the Cardiologist said, with everything I went through, its going to take 8 months or so before I realize the benefits of the heart surgery,, and he is ever going to be pissed about the smoking,, LOL
well, thats enough for today,, Lowes just called and will be here in an hour to deliver the flooring and trim.. One guy,, hate like hell he has to do it all by himself, but I still cant lift over 10 lbs (dr's orders)... sure is hard when I used to lift 200# and more.. Once caught a 400# welder falling off the truck, and sat it on the ground,, more like slammed it, but controlled slam, lol.. Boss came running over to make sure I was alright.. he knew what it weighed, I didnt,, but he sure would have been pissed had it hit the ground the way it was headed.. but I havent lifted anything like that in years,, and lost strength over the years,, if I could lift 100# now, Id be surprised,, but then, I dont have to anymore, so not a big deal.. lol,, hey,, wasnt I ending this?? cant seem to shut up my fingers.. LMAO..

Well, Its Tuesday, and our flooring was suppose to be started this morning in the Kitchen and my Computer room./den.. but the flooring didnt get delivered last week, as promised,, Nana and the kids worked all weekend cleaning the walls down, I knew when the flooring hadnt been delivered by Friday, it was futile. I called the Manager at Lowe's yesterday morning, and explained to him, my situation.. The lady that called me back, said Nana had said it would be picked up.. I told her that was a damn lie, because Nana was with me when it was paid for, and we specifically said, it would have to be delivered, and I couldnt help. Well, anyway, its straightened out now, as far as delivery,, then they were going to start tomorrow, but that wont happen either, because the flooring has to acclimate to the room temperature for 48 hrs,, soooo,, supposedly it will start next Monday, and they will finish Tuesday, so I will have to get some paint, to paint the trim and 1/4 round that will be installed after he flooring is down. Also some spray insulation to shoot around the bottom, to see if I can seal off some of the air that comes in,, this back room floor is COLD!!!
Nana and I have gotten new phones,, the Windows Phone 7, by HTC, The "Surround" pretty cool... expensive, but cool.. still working on figuring it out.. each of us had to have a $25 a month Data plan (2GB) plus, we had to have the $30 a month family unlimited messaging plan, Plus $5 a month smartphone insurance (if these get broke, there is no way I could afford another @ $500) though I seen them at AT&T store for $200.. so not sure how much they really ran,, I think they want YOU to think, theyre giving you a huge break on costs,, still cost us $24 a piece..then the $85 more a month. Just when I thought I was going to get a break on the phone bill... Now if I get the kids to start paying for their phones with no other charges.. Hate to ask, when they are so strapped for money.. but ....oh well,, enough of that..
New horse in Farmville.. actually a couple,, one breedable,, the Black Beauty horse, and the winged Pegasus.. I have them both.. Black Beauty, I bred yesterday and got 25 foals to pass out,, may do more today.. not sure if I will or not..
Have Dr appt at 1pm today, with the GI doctor.. this one I seen a couple years ago. but he is in the same office, as the one that did the colonoscopies when I had the bleeding in the hospital the first week of January. So my appt to see Dr Thomas on the 14th of February was cancelled, because he isnt my GI doctor though he was the one on duty performing the colonoscopies.. Makes sense to me, LOL.. go to one that didnt look in my butt, lol
I have the computer cabinets cleaned out (cubby holes) well, they were, but I had to put some of it back in for the time being.. they'll still be able to move stuff around, after I disconnect the computer and other electronics,, Going to reformat (restore) my computer with the disk, sometime before all this happens,, this thing hasnt been right since I let the Geek Squad work on it when I bought it,, tried to get them to come out and fix it, but would cost another $100 dollars to fix what they screwed up... then as time went by, it quit taking updates from windows, HP, etc.. so will have alot of work and several days before it gets back to operating right.. Not sure I remember how to do all of it, its been so long since the last time I did it.. Plus I will be installing new speakers, that I didnt have before (side stereo) and may install a cd player around here somewhere, too..
Weather warmed up, all the snow is gone again, though we did get more over the weekend, it has melted already, after the huge storms that blew through sunday night.. Lake is flooded, though wont get up to the house,, but is almost to the top of the deck,, boat is sitting higher in the water than it has in a long time, LOL,, had to go out and pump the bilges yesterday.. Really need to get new cushions and floor this year for the boat,, as much money as I am hemorrhaging, youd think I had lots.. lol,, All this, and still trying to work in some camping on the weekends,, and told Nana last nite, I want to go for a week as soon as possible.. I may wind up going without her.. LOL..
Today is my son Shawn's birthday,, 37 today,, will have to call him in a few minutes to sing Happy Birthday to him.. Hope I dont have to pay the royalties for singing the song to the copywright owners,, LOL..
Nana and I got our hearing tested yesterday.. Nana lost more, well, I did too.. but I have tinnitus, (ringing).. Nana has had hearing aids for years,,, Insurance pays pretty good on them.. but BOSE (the speaker people) have delved into hearing aids, and came up with one that is closest to a real hearing as human can get (til the next generation of hearing aids, lol).. $5900.. and insurance pays 2400..so through some jockeying of billing, we will owe 1150, I get Nana's hearing aids (her old ones, will help hearing but not mask the tinnitus) and they will bill the insurance another 2400 for hearing aids we already have,, so we wind up paying $1150 for her BOSE hearing aids.. she really liked the way she could hear with them.. I tried Nana's on yesterday for a moment,, ehhh,, not that big a deal with me.. dont like listening to her bitch anyways,, lol so may or may not wear them.. lol,, the ringing in my ears comes and goes,, usually when Im being tested it isnt there (like right at this moment) but yesterday, during the testing, it was there,, not quite as loud, but there.. a high frequency sound.. hard to describe. but some of you might know what I mean..
Started Cardiac Rehab last week again.. I had started in December, but the next day wound up back in the hospital with fluid in lungs,, then after that the bleeding, then the gall bladder,, then waiting til the gall bladder surgeon released me,, so FINALLY got to go last Wednesday.. then went drinking afterwards (about 18-20 beers) and even though the beer had nothing to do with it, (I dont do hangovers) I didnt make it to Rehab Thursday, because of not feeling good.. sometimes, after I take my morning meds, it upsets my stomach, and Im just miserable as hell for several hours. even if I dont eat, which I usually have something..
But went again yesterday, and wore lounge pants and t-shirt/sweatshirt.. and they weighed me at 12 lbs or so less than last week,, I told them I left my wallet in the truck,, lol,, but got on the scales this morning, and I dropped a couple more lbs from yesterday's weight here at home, wearing the same outfit.. so its coming off slowly but surely,, hopefully I keep it off,, no,, I WILL keep it off, because I wont ever let myself get back up there again.. Wish I was that firm about quitting smoking.. but, one thing at a time.. really have to get mindset for quitting, and I aint got it right now.. too much stress around here for several months now.. and no end in sight..
Just dont want to lose so much weight, I look sickly.. people will think its cancer or something.. instead of just exercise and diet.. Im just doing, what works for me, to lose weight,,, a modified Atkins diet where I try to keep my carbs under 50 per day.. if I go over, its not a big deal, and I do pretty much eat what I want, even if it does take me over 50.. My sugar is staying in the normal range, my Blood Pressure is good,, and the only thing else theyre concerned with right now, is Im a bit anemic (since the bleeding and transfusions) and Im taking Iron pills twice daily for that.. I feel good, just low on strength, and energy, but that is coming back a little at a time.. as I said before, here, the Cardiologist said, with everything I went through, its going to take 8 months or so before I realize the benefits of the heart surgery,, and he is ever going to be pissed about the smoking,, LOL
well, thats enough for today,, Lowes just called and will be here in an hour to deliver the flooring and trim.. One guy,, hate like hell he has to do it all by himself, but I still cant lift over 10 lbs (dr's orders)... sure is hard when I used to lift 200# and more.. Once caught a 400# welder falling off the truck, and sat it on the ground,, more like slammed it, but controlled slam, lol.. Boss came running over to make sure I was alright.. he knew what it weighed, I didnt,, but he sure would have been pissed had it hit the ground the way it was headed.. but I havent lifted anything like that in years,, and lost strength over the years,, if I could lift 100# now, Id be surprised,, but then, I dont have to anymore, so not a big deal.. lol,, hey,, wasnt I ending this?? cant seem to shut up my fingers.. LMAO..

First off,, I apologize for not having written for a few days,, alot going on around here..
1st, we are waiting for the flooring to be delivered,, has to be in the house 48 hrs before installation, so it can get acclimated (room temp) so no expansion/shrinkage after installation..
2nd,, my computer room/den.. all the stuff has to be taken off the top (lighthouses, and knick knacks ive collected over the years) along with pictures, etc.. thats done, and boxed,, now to move the boxes.. and clean under my corner desk, where I store other boxes of spare puter parts, cd player, shredder, etc. lol
3rd,, started cardiac rehab the other day,, went monday, and they told me I couldnt just walk in, they werent ready for me,, lol,, not sure they were ready wednesday either, but there I was,, and had all them folks trying to do their exercises, laughing the whole time,, think perhaps their bp may have gone up a couple notches,, lol,, told the guy, I wasnt sure I liked going somewhere, where the people in charge are called The Rapists (therapists, lol) He said I brought an air about me,, made the day interesting..
then I went drinking, and got pretty toasted on 18-20 beers.. but it was a great day..
So great, I felt horrible yesterday, cause I didnt eat hardly anything all day and when I got home,, so not hungover, just felt generally bad, so didnt make it to therapy that day..

Nana and I went to the casino over the weekend,, lost our ass big time *$800 ugh,, Nana won some back and I made her quit, but she got to keep it, so she only lost 20 dollars,, and I took the loss from my acct,, ugh, lol
Went to the Indianapolis Boat Sport and travel show Monday,, about 3hrs was all we could handle of the walking around,, Looked at New RV's and their prices,, whew,, Nice,, both the rv an the price,, lol.. Ready to trade up already and havent even gotten to drive the one we have yet.. LOL, Then looked around and picked up literature for a couple camping spots,, maps, etc,, and stopped by the DNR booth, and asked if we could purchase our season pass for the State Parks,, and they said yes.. then told me the price is 18 dollars,, Now Im gonna tell you,, the state of Indiana doesnt give breaks,, and I wasnt sure what the deal was, cause its over 35 dollars I think, for the season pass,, if you dont have one, it costs 5 dollar entry.. so 7 visits would pay for a season pass.. as much as Nana and I started going to these state parks,, its worth it to us to get the season pass, (year pass) well, I kept asking, and kept asking, this will get me into all the state parks, etc,, YES, they kept telling me,,, and I thought no more about it.. lol til I got home, and looked at the prices for fishing license, etc.. in one of the books,, well, it had the prices of the season passes too,, and I noticed,, the 18 dollars, was for a Golden passport/season pass,, for senior citizens,,, boy am I glad I had Nana with me,, roflmao.. so I got to checking for fishing licenses too, and wish I had gone ahead and bought them while we were at it.. lol,, theyre 3 dollars, compared to 17 for one year, (3 dollars for senior citizens,, lmao,,, 17 for fishing for life for seniors) lmao we live on this lake, and dont need a license,, but it will give us something to do, when we go camping to these lake sites.. so figure we would get them and take a couple poles or so to mess around with.. Have to buy Nana a license, even if she isnt fishing, cause out luck, I go to piss or something, and get a bite while Im gone, she touches that pole, and the game warden would walk up and ask for her license,,, and confiscate all my fishing gear, etc... lol
Put on a little weight, for some reason last week,, got on the scales and it said 250,, I thought OMG... but a couple days later,, after a good dump and a few waterpills, I was back down to 240,, and after eating last night, I was 243 this morning,, so Im pretty much holding my weight there for the most part,, fluctuates,, I was down 238 last week one day,, need to really get back on my low sodium which has been the main problem I think,, too much even without adding salt,, and its making me hold more water, which aint good for me..
Had one good day the other day, went out and worked on the new grille, getting it seasoned,, spraying oil and wiping it down inside and out,, didnt get it finished,, was really too cold,, and the oil wasnt wiping good.. but I need to do it before I use it..
Anxious to get my dutch oven out, and my recipes too.. so I can get to fixing something over the fires.. this is gonna be so much fun.. still more things to buy,, I think I mentioned,, lol,, and the more catalogs and websites i look at, the more money I need to get that stuff.. LOL
Im in the process of deleted or moving my pics and stuff either to my portable drive, or putting to disk,, (all my porn and videos, lol) getting ready to stick the restore disk into computer probably over the weekend.. missing some dll files,, so cant download all the updates that have been offered.. couldnt even download Itunes which I wont buy any music from there,, but I went to coleman.com today, to look at tents and other items,, hehehe,, and one was campfire recipes, that I could put on my phone,, but after trying to download Itunes, and couldnt,, I seen then I dont need it,, I can only download the recipes on an IPhone,, which I dont have,, now let me tell you about the phones,, lol
Nana needed a new phone,, mine was fine, but I was looking at one for me, and it was 100, but they were going to credit me the fee, so its free then,, So I got it for Nana.. since my phone was still working fine,, after a few weeks,, she decided she didnt like that phone.. she kept turning the volume down, and couldnt hear well on the phone.. so I swapped phones with her,, well,, that wasnt good enough,, she didnt like my phone either,, so I asked what she wanted,, she wanted on to text with,, now,, she gets about 20 text messages a month,, at 20 cents a piece, for pay per use.. so she wants a phone to text with,, so i have to buy a package, for Family text unlimited,, so we can all text now.. ugh,, that costs me 30 dollars more a month,,, so Im now paying over a dollar, for her 20 text messages,, but she got the phone she wanted, and she likes it.. well, she did.. lol,, til I order me a Windows Phone.. it came wednesday,, and wednesday night, we were using son in laws number (theyre on my account too) and ordered her a windows phone,, it should be here today,,, well, with the new Windows phone, which I am already paying 30 more a month for the texting,, now I have to have 2gb of data package.. another 30 a month,, that isnt for the whole family, thats mine,, so Nana wanted the new Windows Phone, and thats another 30 dollars a month.. so Son in law, winds up with the phone Nana got first,, then I got it,, so its the phone he wanted,, its rugged, and doesnt need a bunch of fancy crap,, so hes happy.. I got the windows phone, and Im happy,, Nana gets a windows phone today or tomorrow,, and she'll be happy,, I know she is really gonna like this phone,, its bigger, reads better, etc.. so daughter will wind up, with the phone Nana got second,, lol,, and she will be happy,, so everyone is getting new phones,, and they better be happy, cause its a 2 year contract, and cant get another for til then.. lol..
Ive got to quit spending money like Ive got it,, between phones, gambling, farmville, etc,, I feel like Im hemorrhaging money.. lol
Drawing night at the VFW,, ugh,, which means Nana will defy my wishes again, and go play cards after the drawing.. then of course, pick up the grandkids from skating at 1130pm, then stay at their house til their parents come home.. which has been 3am and sometimes longer.. pisses me off.. especially today,, it sleeted and snowed last night, so its slick out, we didnt get as much as they were thinking we would, but still,, the weather isnt something she should be out driving in, especially when the drunks are on their way home..
Are yall ready for 4-5.00 dollar a gallon for gas? all that shit going on in the middle east, youd better get ready for it,, theyre just gonna keep on and keep on, and each of the oil producers will have regime changes, and riots, and stuff, and the world is going to be changing right before our eyes,, Food Prices are going to be hard hitting too,, let alone the fuel.. so better start stocking up,, I usually keep my shelves pretty full, along with the freezers,, So we can last a month or two,, except for milk and bread, and other necessities like TP, papertowels will turn into rags to wipe our hands,, and maybe our asses too,, lol.. Got the RV and aint gonna be able to afford the gas to go anywhere.. LOL,,

Good morning, readers..
Well, Last evening wasnt good.. Nana and I went to Campers World to look around at RV's and camping gear, but they were closed when we got there.. sooooo,, we decided to go 8 miles east to Indiana Live Casino..HUGE MISTAKE!!!... 800 dollars later, and nearly midnight, we headed home with our tails between our legs.. What a disaster that turned out to be.. will take me a couple months to recover from that fiasco, as usual.. lol.. Jeesh, how stupid can we/I be.. I lost most of it, as the glaze covered my eyes, and I kept going back to the ATM.. Nana got her machine up a little bit, and I told her to cash out and we'd go get something to eat.. which we did.. but I think she thought we were going to gamble a little more.. NADA,, she said she wanted to try this machine, and I told her it wasnt happening, and we headed straight to the truck to get the hell out of there.. with what she had in her machine at the end, she got all but 20 of her money back, and I took the loss from our acct, at right at 800.. not a normal occurence for us.. But we hadnt been for a while, it was extra, though we could have used it for something more constructive.. now just have to save again, to plan on those items we want later on..
that would have paid for a nice camping trip somewhere for a week..
This isnt going to be long today.. Im still tired, and may go back to bed..Ive added a xanax along with the sleeping and pain pills, at bedtime.,. and theyre knocking my but out to the world, though I did wake up with leg cramps during the night. So Ive taken my potassium pills, and drank a bottle of water already, two of the causes for the cramps.. dehydration and low potassium.. Not that I know its either one, but those are usual causes, and since I have both, then thats a start.
May go ahead and go to the Indianapolis Boat Sport and travel show today, if not today, tomorrow for sure, after my cardiac rehab. Figure we cant handle more than 4-5 hrs of walking those shows, if that,, its just the weekends are so crowded.. we will mainly look to see what the new RV's have these days, which I already know theyre really nice, with NICE price tags too.. There is more value in a used RV these days, than what theyre asking for new ones..

Well, Last evening wasnt good.. Nana and I went to Campers World to look around at RV's and camping gear, but they were closed when we got there.. sooooo,, we decided to go 8 miles east to Indiana Live Casino..HUGE MISTAKE!!!... 800 dollars later, and nearly midnight, we headed home with our tails between our legs.. What a disaster that turned out to be.. will take me a couple months to recover from that fiasco, as usual.. lol.. Jeesh, how stupid can we/I be.. I lost most of it, as the glaze covered my eyes, and I kept going back to the ATM.. Nana got her machine up a little bit, and I told her to cash out and we'd go get something to eat.. which we did.. but I think she thought we were going to gamble a little more.. NADA,, she said she wanted to try this machine, and I told her it wasnt happening, and we headed straight to the truck to get the hell out of there.. with what she had in her machine at the end, she got all but 20 of her money back, and I took the loss from our acct, at right at 800.. not a normal occurence for us.. But we hadnt been for a while, it was extra, though we could have used it for something more constructive.. now just have to save again, to plan on those items we want later on..
that would have paid for a nice camping trip somewhere for a week..
This isnt going to be long today.. Im still tired, and may go back to bed..Ive added a xanax along with the sleeping and pain pills, at bedtime.,. and theyre knocking my but out to the world, though I did wake up with leg cramps during the night. So Ive taken my potassium pills, and drank a bottle of water already, two of the causes for the cramps.. dehydration and low potassium.. Not that I know its either one, but those are usual causes, and since I have both, then thats a start.
May go ahead and go to the Indianapolis Boat Sport and travel show today, if not today, tomorrow for sure, after my cardiac rehab. Figure we cant handle more than 4-5 hrs of walking those shows, if that,, its just the weekends are so crowded.. we will mainly look to see what the new RV's have these days, which I already know theyre really nice, with NICE price tags too.. There is more value in a used RV these days, than what theyre asking for new ones..

Good Morning, readers of Farming with Papaw,
It appears I skipped another day, friday, of writing her in my blog.. My apologies, as I have no excuse. None whatsoever. After breeding all my horses yesterday, and still being on a major rant for the way some of the people I give the foals to, it pretty much slipped my mind.
As mentioned, I bred all my horses yesterday afternoon, getting 85 of the new Knight steed foals, 20 Black Cherry foals, and 10 pink gypsy foals, (thats 23 births times 5 foals per birth) I tried something new, of posting the links a few moments after passing a few out.. in hopes of pushing these people to collect the foal I sent to them, immediately, or its gone. Im tired of sitting here for hours, first to breed them, then to pass them out, only to receive a PM that it had already been adopted.. (meaning it had expired, and most of them several days after I sent them) I breed these foals, for my enjoyment, then pass them out for the same reason. When I send them, a lot of the folks are excited for receiving the newest foal on the market, that I have sent them.. that elation comes through their responses to receiving them,, I "feel" that elation, and want to continue breeding and passing them randomly out to my friends and neighbors, the way I do, instead of letting cheaters and hoarders snag them all up. But, then, I get the PM saying it was gone, 2 days to 2 wees later, and just get pissed off.. So my intent now, is to breed, send, then post the link.. that gives them 5 minutes to pick it up, or its going to the cheaters and hoarders.

Friday was a so so day for me.. Felt fine, pretty much.. Usual problem that dont know what it is, and will wait for regular appts with dr's to see what it is going on.. I think Ive reached a point, of any ER visit, and Im going to be staying for nearly a week each time.. Not something I look forward to.. and I certainly hate my union insurance paying for it.. but guess that is what it is for, and why I pay nearly 600 a month between my insurance and Medicare payments..I certainly got my money's worth, the last two months of 2010.
Well, we have "iceout" on the lake.. its nearly all melted off, with the above freezing temps of the last several days.. I need to go down to the boat, and push the button to remove the water from the bilges. and tie it up a little tighter.. Wont be long, instead of breeding foals on Farmville, I will be doing some real life fishing, on my lake.. Since its a private lake, no license is required,, but when we start camping, and traveling, I will need to start getting my state fishing license, to give us something else to do while at the parks. Nothing like sitting on the bank with the camp behind me, drinking a cold beer and fishing with Nana.
I like bank fishing.. though its hard to beat going out on a lake in a boat.. too.. But Im not going to haul around the pontoon to the other lakes.. and some have rentals, if its that important to get out there.. The whole idea of camping, is to get away from the big city, relax around a campfire, fixing a decent meal the old ways (even though we have all the modern conveniences to fix them, lol) Of course, it would always be more enjoyable with friends to go with, but unnecessary, all the time, as Nana and I enjoy the time alone too.. As you can see, by me talking about it nearly every day, I am chomping at the bit to get this years camping experiences started,, along with getting the RV home and started on fixing it up.. Cant even keep it in the driveway or in front of the house, til the kids move out, though,, too many vehicles out front with them being here.. expect to hear something soon from the HOA about it.. but I will tell them to stick it in their asses,, Ive lived here long enough, they know I dont put up with their shit, or harrassing me.. its bad enough, their fees have gone up to over 300 a year, of which their check I just wrote out a few moments ago.
Its now Saturday, with not much planned,, The Indianapolis Boat, Sport, and Travel show started yesterday,, Our plan is to go this weekend, I think,, it sure will be crowded, so weve talked of waiting til Monday to go.. we will pick up brochures on camping, RV'ing, look at new RV's,, and then pretty much just wander around looking at other things of interest..
Rocky was yelping this morning wanting out, is why I am up so early today.. Nana went on back to bed, and Im thinking of it.. lol,, still tired, as we sat up until 3am. Now Rocky is in bed with Nana, and Oscar is in bed with the kids..
Pulled the cover off the new grille last night, and started oiling it up with cooking spray, to start getting it ready for a summer of fine dining, LOL.. I Am anxious to use it, but even though it warmed up to nearly 60 yesterday, by the time I got started, it had cooled off some, and the spray wasnt spreading quite like I expected it to.. more like trying to grease a pan, lol.. so it isnt finished, cover put back on, and will wait for warmer weather to finish it up.. maybe instead of cooking spray, get a bowl of olive oil, and a rag or sponge, and wipe it down inside and out, all over. WHich is what the manufacturer (char-griller) recommends, to keep down the rusting.. some folks in comments about the grille, have said it only lasted one year or less, and I think its because they didnt follow the instructions.. its a 350 dollar grille, with the smoker added to it, like I did.. thats a lot to have to spend each year (thought I did buy mine, with 100 dollars off, when I caught it on sale.. Had I not bought it then, I might not have it yet, had it not been on sale, I would have kept putting it off.. but I had saved the money, for that purpose,, now the next purchase for it, will be a rotisserie, thought I dont know what I will use it for, but will have it,, Nana isnt a big fan of rotisserie chicken, and I could probably buy it cheaper than doing it myself.. lol,,But that isnt the point, now is it? the other big purchase, will be a 30 dollar chunk of Brisket, to use on the smoker.. Ive wanted to do this for years, and now we will do it, and see how I do..
Cardiac Rehab starts Monday morning at 11am, sooo,, hopefully, we can start getting some strength back faster, and lose more weight, at a faster rate too.. 3 times a week, and Im not sure for how long.. but they said something about "graduating" so its going to be for several weeks, obviously.. but I will get it done, and see how we do then.. and of course, still working on stopping smoking.. just isnt going to happen overnight.. not with all the smokers here in the house,, though it is my choice to pick one up, and I blame no one.. but it is just more difficult to quit, knowing the cigarettes are here, and I will pick one up when I want one.. lol
Enough for today.. will see yall back here tomorrow,, got to get to the farm and harvest and replant some more crops,, Not sure of breeding this weekend. If I do, it will be under different circumstances,, or I will pass them on to the feed, and let them fight over them,, lol

Afternoon, readers of Farming with Papaw.
Well, the Dr visit yesterday, wasnt what I was hoping for.. when he came in, I told him something is going on, and offered a couple of suggestions from past experience, he listened, nodded, and asked to see the incisions from the gall bladder surgery, and he was gone.. no stethoscope, nothing.. released with no restrictions.. 2 minutes and gone.. Sooooo,, guess we will have to wait til the 1st of March, to the next dr (the GI dr) or the Respiratory dr (with ct scans) sometime around the 1st of March.. then the cardiologist, on the 21st.. Unless the problems I have get worse, Im not going to make a special appt, but will wait til those appts.. If it gets worse, I will go to the ER then.. and another stay til im fixed.. Let me make it clear, it is not my heart, per se', but possibly fluid around my heart, or fluid in my lungs,, which, if I go to the dr, theyre going to put me on Lasix (water pills) which I am already taking,, so Im doing what I need to be doing.. for what I think the problem may possibly be.. except not smoking,, but as I said yesterday,, Youre either a smoker, or a non-smoker.. and we have to figure out, which one you want to be, then go gung-ho with that. Im trying to quit, so we will leave it at that.. Ive smoked for 40 years,, it isnt going to change over night..
After the dr appt yesterday, I went on out to Dicks Sporting goods again, cept the one closer to me, and got the Dutch Oven lid lifter, that we seen Sunday, but why I didnt purchase it then, hell, I dont know.. but got it now,, LOL,, and another small cast iron Lodge Logic skillet, 6 inch I think,, so that is two of those,, a can of Dinty Moore stew (regular sized) fits nicely in it, and heats up quick on the grille while camping.. take it off, eat right out of the skillet.. done deal.. lol,,
Then they had a little whisk broom/dustpan combo for 4 bucks, and I picked up two,, one to use for the tent, and one for the fireplace here at home.. so thats taken care of. Though a cordless sweeper would be better, this will be suffice for the time being, and doesnt take up as much room.
Oh, Yeah,, got a scrub brush made for the cast iron dutch ovens/skillets, too. So that part is taken care of,,, May go online today, and see whatelse I can order,, LOL,, just have it shipped to me.. Strange how one Dick's SG, defers from the other, in what they have on the shelves/floor room.. I like the one in Greenwood better, than Avon, but Avon is closer, and I can order and pick up there if need be.. but Greenwood is closer to Gander Mountain too, and we love going there to shop.. lol
Nana has the day off today, but has gone to pick up Louise, an elderly friend of ours, who's husband died a little over a year ago.. we started helping her, right after, since she cant do for herself.. We take her to the dr, Nana scrapes and wraps her legs every few days or so, does the grocery shopping for her, puts that stuff away.. I help when she needs it, or Nana needs me to help.. I did it at first, but now Nana has taken pretty much over.. We thought, initially, it would just be helping out occasionally, not us doing all of it.. She does have children, but they wont have anything to do with her, for what ever reasons they can think of to use.. Guess they dont even call to check on her, to see how she is doing or if she needs anything or help with something..
The reason, I am adamant about helping her, is she and her husband, Steve, when our grandson, Devin, died, they helped us out, and bought the headstone for Devin's grave.. We were in a fight with his mother's parents (Laura) over expenses, which we had said we would split down the middle,, somehow, I put in more and they decided they were going to buy the headstone,, which I said wasnt happening,, WE would share in the cost with them, when they paid us what was owed.. well, no more contact, no pictures returned, nothing,, so, I knew what I wanted on the stone, and Shawn, my step-son, and Devin's dad, picked out the stone, put "our little buddy" on it like we both wanted. and Louise and Steve paid for the stone.. very nice and thoughtful gesture from them,, and I dont see how we can NOT help her, now that she needs it.. Just didnt expect it to turn into a full time job.. But, it is what it is.. and we will deal with it..
So after Dick's SG yesterday, I went on out to almost Danville, to get the oil changed at the dealership, and have them check out a sputtering that was starting to get worse... wound up being a recall item, for a plug wire.. unfortunately, they didnt have it, so have to take it back in soon for that,, but the oil is changed and tires rotated (all for free, again) soooo,, no worries other than getting the plug wire(s) replaced..
They even took me across the street, to a bar my buddy owns, and dropped me off.. so I called my buddy, Andy, who also owns another bar in brownsburg, and he came on over to see me.. so had a pizza and 5 or 6 beers there (26 dollars worth) lol,, and we got to chat for a while,, then dealership called, SUV was ready, and sent the driver over to pick me up.. lol,, what a deal that was..
So stopped in CLermont, IN, at the firehouse bar, for dollar beer day, and see the bartender's tits... LOL,, she usually will flash me.. she knows I like looking at em,, and I buy her a drink (Jaegger bomb) and out they come,, shes happy, Im happy, and all is well with the world (and the other guy patrons are happy too) lol,, now where else can I go, spend a couple bucks for a drink, and make so many people happy. lmao
By then it was getting close to an hour till Nana got off work, so headed to another bar (10th street VFW) and a few more beers.. and of course, pull tabs,, Got several "holds" for the game, but called this morning, and didnt win,, so for the day, I spent 110 dollars,, 45 at Dicks, 25 at Andy's, and about 30 at the vfw, including a bucket of beer (10) and tickets (20) so overall, it was a pretty good day.. drank about 10-12 beers, seen alot of friends, tits, and on to pick up Nana at 7pm.. was thinking of taking her to dinner, but by the time we got to the turnoff to home, she hadnt named anyplace, so came on home, and ate grilled cheese.. lmao.. I had yogurt and granola with fruit, then later had a couple grilled cheese myself..
Havent eaten yet today, and havent thought much of supper tonight yet.. guess Id better get to thinking about it soon.. Nana wont be home for an hour or so.. I guess I should try to feed us earlier tonight.. since she is home,, but if we eat too early, then we will want something later on... thats where the yogurt/fruit and granola comes into play,, least for me.. but she will head for the ice cream instead.. lol
New horse in the market,, and I made another deposit this morning into acct to purchase one.. put it in the stable, first foal out was the new Knight Steed Foal.. but it was the only one that I got today of that, with half my herd used, the other half were ready to be harvested, so couldnt use them for seeders today. Well, I could have, but would have been a pain in the ass to do so.. I did wind up with 50 black cherry foals to pass out,, thats plenty for the banshees that beg for them in facebook feed. I may have to take a few days off from breeding,, shit is getting to me and pissing me off,, when it isnt fun anymore, its time to move on..
well, Enough of this stuff for today,, running out of new/different thoughts, believe it or not,, LOL.. need to go see who wants something from me now in facebook, Im sure there will be many requests for something, whether I have it or not.. LOL

They even took me across the street, to a bar my buddy owns, and dropped me off.. so I called my buddy, Andy, who also owns another bar in brownsburg, and he came on over to see me.. so had a pizza and 5 or 6 beers there (26 dollars worth) lol,, and we got to chat for a while,, then dealership called, SUV was ready, and sent the driver over to pick me up.. lol,, what a deal that was..
So stopped in CLermont, IN, at the firehouse bar, for dollar beer day, and see the bartender's tits... LOL,, she usually will flash me.. she knows I like looking at em,, and I buy her a drink (Jaegger bomb) and out they come,, shes happy, Im happy, and all is well with the world (and the other guy patrons are happy too) lol,, now where else can I go, spend a couple bucks for a drink, and make so many people happy. lmao
By then it was getting close to an hour till Nana got off work, so headed to another bar (10th street VFW) and a few more beers.. and of course, pull tabs,, Got several "holds" for the game, but called this morning, and didnt win,, so for the day, I spent 110 dollars,, 45 at Dicks, 25 at Andy's, and about 30 at the vfw, including a bucket of beer (10) and tickets (20) so overall, it was a pretty good day.. drank about 10-12 beers, seen alot of friends, tits, and on to pick up Nana at 7pm.. was thinking of taking her to dinner, but by the time we got to the turnoff to home, she hadnt named anyplace, so came on home, and ate grilled cheese.. lmao.. I had yogurt and granola with fruit, then later had a couple grilled cheese myself..
Havent eaten yet today, and havent thought much of supper tonight yet.. guess Id better get to thinking about it soon.. Nana wont be home for an hour or so.. I guess I should try to feed us earlier tonight.. since she is home,, but if we eat too early, then we will want something later on... thats where the yogurt/fruit and granola comes into play,, least for me.. but she will head for the ice cream instead.. lol
New horse in the market,, and I made another deposit this morning into acct to purchase one.. put it in the stable, first foal out was the new Knight Steed Foal.. but it was the only one that I got today of that, with half my herd used, the other half were ready to be harvested, so couldnt use them for seeders today. Well, I could have, but would have been a pain in the ass to do so.. I did wind up with 50 black cherry foals to pass out,, thats plenty for the banshees that beg for them in facebook feed. I may have to take a few days off from breeding,, shit is getting to me and pissing me off,, when it isnt fun anymore, its time to move on..
well, Enough of this stuff for today,, running out of new/different thoughts, believe it or not,, LOL.. need to go see who wants something from me now in facebook, Im sure there will be many requests for something, whether I have it or not.. LOL

Good Morning, Everyone
What a day to feel like crap.. Even though I slept all night. I practically died last night when my head hit the pillow, I was so tired from not sleeping the night before. My nap yesterday, was really deep, too.. and didnt want to wake up then. but forced myself awake so I would sleep last night..
Dr appt today. 3pm.. Follow-up visit for surgeon that took out the gall bladder.. Hopefully, he can tell me what else is going on in there.. something is, I just dont know what.. I think its respiratory, but whether its fluid in lungs, or fluid around the heart, I dont know, but something is going on in there.. All I know is when Im laying down it hurts to take a deep breath, when Im on my left side.. right side not as bad, but still painful.. Hurts to cough, which I felt it was maybe the chestbone for a while, but not now.. So looking forward to going to the dr.. two weeks ago, the visit was okay. Just bloodwork which showed some anemia and low bloodcount. Bloodcount was up, but still low.. so taking iron pills now twice a day to help with that.. but still, no energy..
Also was told to not do the cardiac rehab, until I seen this dr,, so will see what he says today about going to that starting tomorrow. None of them are going to be happy about smoking.. which, I smoke the most sitting here, and they burn up a lot in the ashtray.. but still,, who am I kidding,, youre either a smoker or a non-smoker, and you have to figure out, which one youre going to be. and go with that.. Im tired of feeling like a second class citizen, just because I smoke. They say it takes 10 yrs off your life.. big deal, its the last 10.. so it keeps you from living in a nursing home, shitting your pants, and no one coming to visit you.. and being a pain in the ass to your relatives.. hell with it,, Im 58 yrs old,, Ive had a full life,, done everything there is to do in life, at least, twice, except dying and divorce. which both of them are close to being the same, IMO. lol
And another thing... why is it when people find out theyre dying, all of a sudden they get religion, start reading the bible, etc... its like theyre cramming for a test or something.. All I can say, about that, is one of us is going to be disappointed.. either it is true or it isnt.. My personal belief, is there is an afterlife, but it isnt what religious folks think.. we are energy.. basically, borne of stardust. And when we die, our spark, our soul, or whatever you want to call it, will continue to live on.. in what form, is merely speculation. Dont get me started on the Alien Genetics, that brought about modern humans. That is for another time.. lol..
Got on the scales this morning, and disappointed again that I havent lost anymore weight... 244,, same as yesterday.. I feel bloated, like Im holding some fluids.. taking lasix and potassium, but still feel that way.. I know dinner last night, had a lot of sodium in it, but didnt drink a lot of water with or after dinner (green beans, onions, taters, smoke sausage, and home made pepperoni/cheese breadsticks.) Just need to keep an eye on it and try harder,, Im not going to let it start going back up on me (my weight).. Id like to lose 40 more lbs or so.. If I do, great, if not, well, I aint going to let it get me down.. One of the biggest problems with our eating habits here, is eating so late.. Nana doesnt get home most nights, until 7-730... I try to always have supper ready when she gets home. Chris works, and doesnt get home, until after 5pm, and he always fixed dinner for him and Amanda, since she doesnt cook.. so theyre used to eating late.. I should just fix, eat myself at an earlier hour, and let them either fend for themselves, or eat my leftovers,. lol,, But I imagine it will continue as it has.. Not sure what I have planned for supper tonight (obviously nothing at this point) Guess Id better start thinking about it, so can get something thawed out..
50's predicted for todays weather.. heading towards 60's later in the week.. still not sure when or how much the snowstorm is going to dump. Guess I should check the weather this morning and see what theyre saying..
Guess I will cut this short today (is it short? lmao) I think I may go lay back down for a bit.. Probably could sleep a couple more hours.. I was going to take Nana into work, but she called the gal that works for us, that lives behind us, and she came and picked her up, so I could have the car.. Still need to get my truck into the shop and get it fixed.. just not sure what its going to run me.. Nana bought another car, to give to Marisa when she gets her license, and could use it, but dont have room to park it out front, with the kids vehicles out there on the curb.. and one of them broke down.. Still no word, on when or if theyre thinking of moving out..Just want them to be able to "make it" when they do.. dont know if I would offer to let them come back again.. may be time for her mom's turn.. LOL.. At least Chris works everyday, and does help out around here when he gets home.. and will do pretty much anything we ask of him..
alright, thats it,, Im done for today.. Yall have a wonderful Humpday, and we will meet yall back here tomorrow.. and a report of the dr visit..
